Throughout the district, we have many teachers who also attended West Haven Public Schools. Starting today, we will be highlighting those who came back with a weekly Then & Now #TBT post! Today, we feature Mrs. Jill Woychowski, a library media specialist at West Haven High School! Jill, whose maiden name is Eagles, attended Savin Rock, Mackrille, and Bailey, before graduating from WHHS in 1998. Mrs. Woychowski has been teaching in West Haven for 21 years, her entire career! She’s also a Westie parent and has a son in the Class of 2025!

📢 The West Haven Interagency Network for Children in conjunction with the city Department of Youth and Family Services will hold its 2023 Family Resource Fair from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, September 20th at the West Haven Community House, 227 Elm St. The free event will give families of children with special needs an opportunity to learn about resources and services while meeting other families.

West Haven Public Schools is supporting the local public libraries in their library card sign-up drive this month! We will be giving copies of the registration forms to all our school librarians Grades K-8 for students to take home and return to school, where the forms will then be picked up by public library personnel.
